Integration approaches

cGate® Payment Processing Platform

Our cGate® Secure suite of products is designed to transmit all transaction data safely and securely over the Internet.

We provide a variety of processing methods including real-time, batch and Virtual Terminal entry to enable merchants to manually process sales, authorizations only, captures and refunds/reversals transaction types.

In addition, the real-time method means merchants have the option (subject to the Acquiring bank being able to do so) of using 3-D Secure™ for chargeback liability shift on certain reason codes.

cGate® Secure Real-Time

Real-time transaction processing is the preferred method for most of our merchants as it provides instantaneous approved/declined responses to all transactions.  It also allows up-to-the-minute reporting on all transactions processed through our platforms.

Virtual Terminal - Manual Transaction Entries

Merchants can use our Virtual Terminal to manually submit orders received via telephone, fax, email or in person. Each user is provided with unique login details that enable them to process credit card transactions, conduct administrative tasks, such as refunds and reversals, produce reports, and view transaction and/or batch history.

cGate® Secure Verify

cGate® Secure Verify solution allows merchants to process 3-D Secure™ transactions though Verified by Visa and MasterCard®SecureCode™ . This technology was designed by the Card Associations to provide online merchants and Acquirers with protection from fraudulent transactions, chargebacks and unauthorized payments.

Our 3-D Secure™ solution is available as part of our payment processing services, or as a standalone solution, to determine chargeback liability for online merchants in advance of the actual payment transaction authorization.

Software Connections

Our cGate®Secure software connects the merchant’s server directly to our payment processing platform. cGate®Secure transmits the information securely throughout the transaction using advanced encryption technology.
